As a member of the sales team at innosabi, my primary role is to engage with individuals involved in innovation strategy and R&D within their teams / corporations. While I mainly handle introductory talks and initial conversations, I remain closely connected with my colleagues across innosabi and Questel. Even with those I don’t collaborate with on a daily basis, I still regularly communicate and build connections—something I’ve come to truly value. One of my favorite aspects of working here is the culture: relaxed yet highly motivated. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting people from a wide range of cultural and national backgrounds—something I hadn’t expected to be such a defining feature when I first joined Questel!

As a Product Manager at innosabi, I work where user needs, product vision, and team collaboration meet. I enjoy growing across departments — shaping product experiences, solving real customer problems, and helping users drive innovation. What truly inspires me is the mentality here: better is possible. That mindset has helped me grow on many levels and expand my skills. My journey from UI/UX designer to Product Manager has deepened my understanding of user-centered design and strategic product thinking — and it’s far from over. I also value working with smart colleagues and learning from customers around the world.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at innosabi, I’m in charge of everything digital marketing – from campaigns and content to the website and ads. What I really enjoy is working with such an exciting topic like innovation – there’s always something new to learn, and I get to experiment with different marketing approaches. Even though I’m the only one handling innosabi’s marketing, I’m not on my own – being part of Questel means I’m connected to a larger team I can always count on. I also love the international vibe of the company – it's a great way for me to use both my German and French backgrounds.

Great for crowdsourcing and engaging employees rather than them playing a more passive role. The most useful thing about innosabi is the Campaigns feature. I think that is the USP of the platform as it helps to create an effective idea management setup. Though, I would love to have a more in-depth training for the same to understand all the features. The toolbox functionality is a step in a good direction, and hope that develops better and faster in the future. And definitely the CSM support is great and super helpful!

innosabi is a true partner: innosabi's Insight platform is fairly easy to get going and use immediately, although you know you are missing features as you can see the power of the program they've built. However, you never need to worry because their customer service is top notch - quick response times, issues always resolved, and happy to go above/beyond to find a solution for you, no matter what you ask. The system is also easy to integrate into your own SSO platforms which makes using it seamless and easy for others in your organization.

The intuitive interface makes it easy to share and evaluate ideas, while the crowd-sourcing and co-creation tools harness collective intelligence from all stakeholders. The customer support is extremely helpful and the implementation process was very quick.

Our previous Excel tracking table was neither user-friendly nor collaborative. The data was not updated automatically, unlike with Power BI, and we did not have the same level of granularity that we have now with innosabi. Additionally, our sheet was not standardized. Managing an Excel spreadsheet with more than 30 people made it difficult to maintain cleanliness. Therefore, innosabi was the perfect tool to meet our needs.
