The process starts with a phone call with our HR team. You both get the chance to ask and answer questions. The second step is a personal interview by video call with HR and a team leader. This way you can get a real sense of who you might work with in the future. Finally, we invite you for a half day trial at the relevant innosabi office. We get to know you, you get to know us and the team and what its like here. Lunch is optional but there will be a surprise, so good luck.
On your first day you will receive an onboarding plan that will guide you through the first few days and weeks with sessions pre-planned to ensure you know about your work in your new department and your role in the team. We also have a company-wide onboarding where you get insights into all of the teams and their functions. This will help you understand what everyone does, how we all work together, where our customers come from and what matters to us. Welcome on-board.
