Great for crowdsourcing and engaging employees rather than them playing a more passive role. The most useful thing about innosabi is the Campaigns feature. I think that is the USP of the platform as it helps to create an effective idea management setup. Though, I would love to have a more in-depth training for the same to understand all the features.
